Here are a couple pictures of me at my highest and lowest weights:
My highest weight: 323 pounds—June 2011 (This was my grad picture)
My lowest recent weight: 265 pounds—Summer 2012
I was looking so good and then I let myself go again. I am so tired of making excuses. Especially with this challenge…I could have really done a lot better. I have only lost about 5 pounds so far because I gave up so many times. I am so ready to kick ass in the next challenge
I am so tired, it is not even funny.
Luckily, I don’t have my next final until next Tuesday. I will catch up on posting and fitblrpush tomorrow.
Goodnight, Tumblr <3
Look out, world!
Breakfast: 4 slices of turkey bacon and 1 blueberry wheat pancake
Lunch: Chicken and rice soup with 4 slices of sourdough bread
Dinner: 3 ground turkey meat tacos with 1/2 cup of cheese
Water/drinks: 4 liters and 1 trenta iced green tea. I also had a sprite :/ but my stomach was hurting and that settles it usually.
Exercise: I went shopping all day with family so I did a ton of walking!
I am so ready for the January fitblrpush challenge! I believe that this challenge (even though I loved it as a warm up) was too lenient for me. I really respond well to rules and expectations. It gives me more motivation for sure.
I am excited and cannot wait!
